Our former captain Matty Davies has signed for Telford Tigers good signing for Telford but a strange one for me.It was strongly rumoured that he would sign for his home town club Hull Pirates the main two reasons I find it strange he has a business in Hull and the travel involved.
Playing for Storm he is on a straight motorway link to Hull but Telford it's a bit of a long trek for home games.
My only guess is he must be rewarded well from a financial point of view.
