Omar Pacha

I may be being a little hard on the Player coach, been thinkng about this, if he has agreed to Mike Morin being on the bench then he needs to let Mike manage the bench, I think this would free Pacha up to concentrate on his playing during the games, so Mike controls everything on game night from the bench side of things, it makes sense and will allow Pacha to concentrate on just playing the game on the night.

The more I think about things then more I believe that Pacha is pouring a lot into this team, but he needs to allow people to help him out, he will be leading training, drills etc, looking after players and then carrying that through to game night is affecting his play
